I’ve always loved words. I grew up in London (but sadly lost my fun accent!), studied psychology and communications, and built a career helping organizations find the right words to move people to action.
But somewhere along the way, I hit a wall—the kind of burnout that forces you to rewrite everything.
That season of deep exhaustion taught me what most strategies overlook: if your story doesn’t align with your values, your energy, and your purpose... it doesn’t work. For you or your people.
So, I built my business differently—with a focus on empathy, authenticity, and systems that support sustainable growth. Today, I help others refine their story, define their purpose and align their impact, using a mix of AI strategy, brand storytelling, and purpose-driven leadership.
